..uncomfortable shuffling in the pretty office with the big windows coupled with alarming flashbacks to previous gym threads

    Care to elaborate?

Edit - Ken Robinson is the CEO, I have a complaint to make. Should I send it to him?

He's as good as any to approach.

Word to the wise, the Sports Complex hasn't got a well oiled Customer Service team... Don't expect any changes as an outcome ;)

(But fair play for complaining to them directly)

To be honest, it is just the club receptionist, the old women with blond hair. Absolute height of rudeness on two separate occasions. Normally would not be bothered complaining about anybody and would keep my mouth shut but she really annoyed me. Absolute wagon of a woman

Sent a really long email explaining the whole situation as clear as possible. Now lets wait and see what happens. Still if anyone else has the email of the manager or someone else who might be better dealing with the complaint, please let me know.

To be honest the gall of gym reception is legendary, it helps if you're from the very local area as to whether you will have a good experience at the gym.
The 'ladies' at reception are very easily upset and with the recent humilating re-design of reception, their claws are out. Try to affect a broad dublin accent and get a job as a taxi driver to avoid trouble..

What do you mean gall? Had to look it up, presume you don't mean plant growth.

If anyone wants to see the letter I sent, pmme. It will be interesting to see if the CEO gets back to me ha.

CEO didn't get back to me (on annual leave), he passed my email onto the operations manager though and she replied to my email saying that she would beat the crap out of the receptionist :pac:.

She actually said that she would talk to the receptionist and also apologised two or three times saying that it was totally not acceptable what she did. :)

Case closed. Glad I complained though. :)
