working from home

    Hi

I know this has been asked before, and a lot of the work-from-home "jobs" out there are scams and pyramid schemes.
But there used to be some genuine work from home jobs.

Long story short, I have some health issues which are likely to keep me from gainful employment indefinetly. I am capable of light assembly, have done technical support for various companies, as well as customer care and i'm pretty good with my hands and i'm not ashamed to say I'm fairly intelligent.

So thats my situation. Financially speaking, I'm in the gutter, and with the way things are on the jobfront, its looking more and more grim each day.

Do you folks know of anywere that would employ a person like myself, to work from home in any of the aspects i've mentioned? I will literally do whatever it takes to make a few bob.

The only reason i'm asking is that I'm at my wits end sending out CV's and getting nothing back most of the time.
Anyway, any help or a poke in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers,
    Dgn.

I was in a similar situtaion - unemployable due to health reasons. So what I did was I set up my own business from home on an enterprise scheme. Finally I get to work , finally I have some self worth back & finally im getting myslef out of that gutter. Have a look at what possible business you may be able to do at home & create your own destiny. It puts a bit of sunshine back into a dismal life when you can finally see a future. best of luck .

Cheers Lucy, takes money to make money though, which is a pretty steep hurdle at this point. Thanks all the same, its nice to hear someone in a similar situation managed to pull it off :)

    Think outside the box......

I turned a hobby into a business. I took my daughters communion money & opened an account & that was my start up fund ! simple as that.

    Positive thinking !

I couldn't agree more with Lucy! I was about to give you the same suggestions, but she has been faster. Well done, and don't give up! :)
