I’m not often impressed with the service I’ve got from various service depts, in fact, I’m mostly let down, but I wanted to mention the place above. My wifes car had a problem with it’s heating last winter, she passed them by on the way home at 6.30pm, freezing and desperate she drove in. No problem, they hooked her up to the diagnostic there and then, cleared the fault in minutes and on she went, heating working. Recently the AC was not working, once again they cleared the fault and the AC is back, €30 when Renault wanted €95. It is apparently a father and son (Andrew) team, and they are both very friendly and knowledgeable. If this experience is typical of the guys then they deserve much success. Well done TW.
