Hi there. Theres a lady in Australia (friends mother) who has asked me to find some silver, celtic jewellery for her husbands 50th birthday. She said it's impossible to get where she is so she asked me if I would get something for her here. I'm in Dublin. She set a budget of about $500 (around €370) and she wants a necklace and an earring.

I'm a bit stumped at the moment tbh! Any help much appreciated.

Have you tried House of Ireland or Kilkenny? Both are on Nassau Street, Dublin 2 and would be very much into Celtic Jewellery.

Not yet, I'm heading in to the city centre on Friday and will have a scout around. Thanks for the suggestion. Tried Fields and a few local jewellers here but its mostly gold and its almost all women's stuff.

There's a sort of stall in St. Stephen's Green SC called Celtic Spirit, I'm not sure of the quality of the jewellery though, I would trust House of Ireland or Kilkenny more, but they might be worth a try also. They're on the ground floor beside Dunnes.

Plenty of Celtic jewellery for men (in Silver too) at Brian de Staics (Dingle based but also has shops around the country) > http://www.briandestaic.com/

Great quality, handmade Irish jewellery and will post worldwide. Hope it helps!
