Ring sizing beads/balls

Does anyone know where you can get those balls/beads that you put in your ring if it's too big for your finger? I have been given some antique rings from an Aunt but they're all too big, getting them resized isn't an option unfortunately so I thought these might do the trick but have no idea where would stock them if anyone knows? Thanks.

You should be able to buy a ring spacer in any jewellery store, I got one in Fields for a ring that was to large, but couldn't be resized.
