hi, i applied for a pssport for my son and on the tracking website today the status says the application could not be processed and is being sent back when i get the applcation in the post can i go to dublin with proof of travel? i dont care how long i have to queue if they can do it as im flying at the weekend i sent it…

i sent it over 3 weeks ago with passport express
what hours are they opened at the office?
any advice at all
