HD DV tape

I usually buy these tapes and record in 1080 onto them and haven't noticed any problems (maybe a bit grainy at 1080). But then I saw this really expensive Sony tape that's supposedly specifically for HD DV.

What's the difference between the two? Would I notice any difference or is the standard DV tape perfectly ok for recording in HD 1080.
