Android phones available on meteor summer 2011

Thinking of getting a new phone, not going to bother with the iphone 5 when it comes out or if it comes out, but was wondering is whats out now the best thats going to be available for awhile or does anyone know if I hold out a couple of months will the android 3d or hd phone be out???

Galaxy S2 is probably the best available now, HTC do have a 3D phone coming soon but it seems it's only good for inducing nausea.
