diet recommendations for weight plan

    Hi all,

    Looking for some diet recommendations to go with a weight plan that involves gaining mass and definition results. When to eat, amounts, types of foods/food groups, what part of the day to eat which foods and the do's and don'ts in terms of eating.

    I'm 6'3 and 200 lbs and have trained in the past but with less than satisfactory results due being misinformed about diet and workout plans.
    I want to get a plan together and stick to it BUT if the plan ain't right the results won't be either as many well know!

    Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
