Sky doesn't look great and there's a halo around the bushes

i dont like the black around the clouds, and find the background a bit distracting, but love the car!

I think you should have payed closer attention to your histogram when you took it. The background looks like it needs to be rescued a bit too much. Also what F/stop were you at? Beautiful car, the lens distortion actually adds to the organic nature of the cars body. But the pink tree and the cloud directly above it, look very distorted and it doesn't suit them. Nice composition all the same, but blowing out your colours in pp doesnt do the foliage much justice imo

The blacks in the background is what's putting me off I think. Big bright sunny days like this are brutal for killing mid tone but it's a lot nicer to look at. You go for your HDR stuff on the care and mask the background with a much more subtle touch up, bit more White in the clouds maybe. Still a lovely composition. I'd be inclined to leave it as is, always nice to say there was no pp required :)

The car's body work does benefit a bit from the HDR but the rest of the shot doesn't need it. I guess that why people say HDRs look like they're printed on metal.

Bring the sky way back and it's a winner.

I actually love it Op and I think it would look quite cool in black and white too.
