Currently having some problems with my neighbours and boundries and just wondering if anyone could help.

HAve search on land registry and aware that they do now give boundries so where would i have to go to find out where my boundries end?

I have a gate and next to it a section on fence - i have grass in my garden which goes up to that fence. ~However on the outside of the fence is a patch of garden which im not sure who it belongs to. But i do believe the fence is mine. My neighbour however thinks it is hers and has put up wall fixtures on it.

Where do i go from here??
