CoPilot have brought out a new version of their Sat Nav. It's really Version 9, but they call it COPILOT LIVE PREMIUM.
Doesn't include any premium services (traffic etc), but still a great deal if you need a Sat Nav on your phone. Doesn't seem to be any upgrade from previous versions.

Have V8 so didn't buy (yet). Blog says £14.99, but market seems to show €14.05. Not sure if they add VAT to that.

looks like its a stand alone app , dont think thats very fair that we dont get a free upgrade.

Think I might buy this. Just a couple of questions for Copilot users.

Do you know if it is possible to upgrade to the Europe version after buying just Ire & UK.

My galaxy S speaker is fairly rubbish and quiet, anyone have problems hearing the directions?! :)

    its on the sd card.
i have a wildfire and installed no bother on that.
you can buy more maps from within the app

Installed it on my Desire. Still takes up quite a bit of internal storage even after moving it to SD (~14Mb) which is annoying. Only 4Mb left now. Have avoided rooting up until now but looks like I'll have to take the plunge.

What's the map updates like? Would you get more than 2 per year?
Using an old garmin and would want to replace.

    Thanks!
