Tencel material

My debs are on this September, and I was thinking of getting my dress made, since it would be cheaper than paying out 400 euro for one.

I found a dress that I would like to get made, however, it's made from tencel. After further research, I found out that tencel is perfect for dresses because of its drape effect, and the way it flatters the human form.

My question is, does anybody know where I could buy this material? I would rather buy it here in a shop, rather than online since that way, I can be sure of the quality.

    Thanks a mil!

    Hey!

That's impressive research for a debs dress :)

I'm not sure you'll actually find it here, you could of course try:

    Hickeys, everywhere!

    or TWI http://www.fabricsireland.com/ +353 1 8553777

    or Murphy Sheehy http://murphysheehy.com/ +353 1 6770 316

    or Trimmings http://www.woollenmills.ie/ 01 828 0301

And ask them, but I think the easiest thing would be to visit a fabric place and find a fabric you like in person, tencel is lovely but not very common in dress making shops. Any silk type fabric that's bias-cut will have the same cling to the right bits ignore the wrong bits effect :)

    Best of luck!
