Do anyone know what would happen if say tomorrow morning we were told the last presidential election in america was rigged and faked and Obama should not be the president.
What would happen to his current term? Would he be dismissed as president and Vice president take over or nothing?
Also what would happen to the laws he signed in?


Next question what would happen if tomorrow he came out and said he isnt american and is Spanish or german etc?
Would he be dismissed as being a president and the vice president take over or would nothing happen?

The bills would of been passed by the senate so there would be no problems in terms of that. Im sure there would be a re-election and i would put my left testicle on a republican win.

In reply to the topic: It wouldn't be that simple. Things like that would go through court case after court case all the way to the Supreme Court. I'd imagine the vice president would take over if it was a place-of-birth issue, or the speaker of the house if it was a problem with vote counting.

AFAIK there's several court cases in process trying to get Obama impeached, I know there's one which shows that the birth cert he released was a fake, and was cobbled together in Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop.

Think there's another court case brewing as American military action in Libya was unconstitutional, president is meant to ask Congress before hand, even G.W. Bush did prior to Iraq, and he was as thick as a double ditch! Poor aul' Barry Obama seems to be a Calamity Jane, and purebred liar to boot, he's only bringing troops home from Afghanistan because Ron Paul has being saying the same and getting a positive response.

Obama is more of a warmonger than Bush ever was, and that's extremely worrying, if you don't believe that then I feel sorry for you.

FFS I think its fair to assume that If Obama DID want to forge a birth cert he would have had access to more professional forgery techniques.

Actually I think if you'd have paid attention during his campaign you would have found that he promised to concentrate on Afghanistan and dedicate more resources to the war, which is what he did. He only talked about reducing troops in the near future in Iraq. Not Afghanistan. When he announced the surge in Afghanistan, he said that troops would start being removed in summer 2011. It is now summer 2011, and as you might have noticed in his speech - troops are now going to start being removed.

I don't see what that has to do with Obama. He wasn't on the Nobel Committee. He didn't nominate himself. I didn't nominate him either, so I don't see why you think I owe you an explanation.

Renaging on campaign promises doesn't make you a bad president. Making stupid or corrupt decisions while in office does. See Regan, Nixon, and Bush jr.

Precisely: it makes you a President!

Besides that the Executive Branch is not all-powerful. It's balanced out by the Judicial and Legislative. He can't will into being everything he might like. Things like Guantanamo for example faced stiff opposition outside of the executive order to shut it down.
