    HI all. just purchased a pack of golden omeaga linseed from my local aldi store, going to sprinkle a tea spoon on my porridge every morning, what are the health benefits of this seed if any, thanks,

    taking a fish oil supplement would offer much much greater benefits but a good addition never the less
