AA Car Insurance

    I recently changed to AA Car Insurance after being with Quinn Direct for 7 years. i paid them a deposit and then filled out a direct debit mandate and sent this back along with no claims bonus. I got a letter on the 7th June saying they hadnt received either. I phoned to say both had been posted and i was told that they had received the direct debit mandate so they must have the no claims bonus. Just been on holiday and came back to a registered letter that was signed by my housemate that my policy was cancelled as of thursday.
    AA are now closed til Monday which means i have no car for the weekend. Does anybody know wot i can do? I never got one fone call off them!!

    I don't know if this is helpful, but their claims line is open 24 hours a day I think. Might not be what it's intended for but I guess it's possible you could get to speak to someone that way if it was urgent.
