There is a market at The Red Stables every weekend as far as I know. Not sure other than that. Maybe check Dublin City Council's website for things going on?

Just drove through the village now, bouncy castles, food stalls, music, other stalls (didn't see what they were), very very important people with important faces and yellow jackets waving the traffic through... loads going on. Going to stroll up later, looks good.

Free food, wine sampling, bouncy castles, face painting, candy floss, ice cream, plant stalls, book stalls, live music, hands on reptile zoo, drinks outside the GAA and the soccer clubs... lot's going on. Pretty impressive. Not all the food was free, local restaurants were doing "taste" dishes and a thimble of vino for three Euro. The lamb shoulder and mash from McHugh's was good. Disappointingly, I didn't see a stall for the Mint Cottage or Mulino's. The festival stretched from the car park in Supervalu, across the road to the big car park to the small park and wood near All Saint's drive.
