Laugh is what they make most people do, which is very much needed right now.

Never put it past a TV station that desperately needs viewers, to pay out a lot of money in hope of getting more that's its usual number, to tune in.

..And even if it was only 100K - that would be 100K which is lot more than most of us would be getting for the same few weeks.

    Fair f*cks to them.

I have never watched an episode of BB but I will watch if they are in it.

Hated them at the beginning now i believe they are the biggest trolls in history.

Genius. I hope they make a fortune.

Jedward have trousered the biggest annual pay cheque for an 'X Factor' act, making themselves £2.85 million last year.

The pair have managed to scoop together the record-breaking sum with a swathe of sponsorship deals and lucrative personal appearances.

The Grimes brothers' manager Louis Walsh has secured deals with the likes of Nintendo, Hyundai, Moneysupermarket and Fruit Shoot, each worth several hundred thousand pounds.

"The Jeds are making millions. Louis reckons Jedward have made more money in a year than any other ‘X Factor' act," said a source.

"They've done more adverts, endorsements and gigs than all the other contestants combined. In the past year their earnings topped £2.85 million.

John and Edward's prices for a three-track set start at around £10,000, while they reportedly charge £25,000 to play bar mitzvahs.

Meanwhile, it was revealed yesterday that 2009 ‘X Factor' winner Joe McElderry supported Jedward at a free concert last weekend, even though they finished six places behind him on the talent show.

Always take earnings figures in the music industry with a grain of salt.

Management contracts these days often see artists getting about 10% of the money they generate..there's also an army of PR's,roadies, technichians, wardrobers, make up artists etc etc looking to claim thier cut..you have to play a LOT of concerts and shift a LOT of merchandise for a long time before you start seeing big figures on your paycheck.

Most artists are payed nothing but pocket money initially and if they're lucky,a small percentage of sales much further down the road.
