I bought two of the Specially selected beef burgers in aldi almost two weeks ago. I cooked one at the time and froze the other. Do I need to fully defrost it (by leaving it in a fridge overnight) before I cook it or is it safe to stick under the grill, frozen, and cook?

defrost in the fridge, you'll know when you press it if it's defrosted as it won't crunch

Check the packaging for cooking instructions. Some products are meant to be cooked from frozen.
