    No but if you dress in a cat costume and get within range of some white paint at some point (a surprisingly regular occurence), you'll DEFINITELY pass for a skunk, and spend the following six minutes or so rejecting the advances of an amorous French skunk.

    How would painting a costume make you looking like a panda? Are you sure you're not asking if it would make the costume look like a panda?
