    Never even heard of it. Is it like tahini paste or peanut butter, but made out of pistachios? Sounds like it'd be lovely, by the way. Where did you come across it before?

    have seen it in a recipe for pistachio ice cream, which was really nice

    I'd try Spiceland at the triangle near Richmond St. Otherwise make your own pick up a bag of pistachio nuts and throw them in the food processor.

    Blanch & peel them first. Try 'La Rousse Foods' website for paste.
