Does ADLI (German Brand Supermarket) have 'GMO' vegetables and fruits?

    Hello,

I would like to know if all vegetables and fruits are genetically modified (GMO) in ADLI (German Brand Supermarket). I am still unwilling to purchase any vegetables and fruits from ADLI, since I do not know if they are actually safe to eat.

    Any reply would be appreciated.

    Thanks.:)

Considering that they're a German supermarket, I'd say the chances of their fruit and veg being genetically manipulated are far, far smaller than in any Irish supermarket.

But that's just a guess, really.

Why don't you send a letter or email to Aldi and ask them directly. Post back when they reply.

I'm sure they're safe to eat, whether they're GMO or not is a separate matter.

To be honest, I'm not sure this is the right thread, perhaps consumer affairs would be better?

I think it would be better to email Aldi directly to find out more about the vegetables and fruits. I will you know if I receive a reply from them.

Ok, I will put this thread to consumer affairs now. :)
