Fast Recovery Foods?

    Hi i'm starting a new gym routine and am wondering what foods people find best for recovery. I used to work out a lot before, and suffered the usual aces and pains, until I finally burnt myself out. I don't want this to happen this time, so any advice would be appreciated. What works for you. Thank you

    The classic is a whey and glucose shake immediately after you finish in the gym. Whey is a very fast acting protein, so it does the job.
