City of Heroes: Freedom - Hybrid model with Free to Play

Just thought it was worth mentioning here. City of Heroes is moving to a Hybrid Model where you can play most of the game content for free. It isn't moving to this model for another few months but might be worth keeping an eye on if you want to come back (and be a VIP or Premium Player) or be a F2P player.

CoH was great back in the day- Missions scaled in difficulty the more people you had in a group. Very fun with friends!

Edit: Any idea when it's coming?

Not sure if it's been said but the WoT forums have some excellent skins for the tanks in the Skins section.

I heard CoH is superior to Champions Online, I played the latter and enjoyed it, so I'm sure I'll like CoH.

its 10x better imo.

Anyway i use to play this game for ages when city of villains i think it was came out but i had to stop because the neon green light from my healer guy that like aoe healed people had some wierd effect on my eyes and i ended up having like a donut shaped blindness for a few days so i quit lol scary days....

^ Power colours are now customisable so you can get rid of the neon green if you go back as a premium player when Freedom launches.

75 month veteran here so I may be a tad biased when I say there's a lot to be enjoyed about City of Heroes.
