I just watched the documentary on TV3 about Phoebe Prince :(
For those of you who have been living in a cave for the last 2 years Phoebe was bullied at High School in Massachusetts USA and committed suicide as a result
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicide_of_Phoebe_Prince

Just wondering is there legislation in Ireland to cover this kind of situation?
The legislators in Mass. have produced an impressive volume of regulations & codes to protect students in this situation as a result of what happened to Phoebe http://www.lawlib.state.ma.us/subject/about/bullying.html

    What is the Irish equivalent?
