    Hi there. Welcome to boards.

First of all, you should be aware that we don't provide medical advice on this site, however, we do have a Travel forum that I will move this question to, and hopefully you'll get a few useful tips.

    Good luck!

Staying cool can minimize the effects ...

Stay out of the midday sun, wear loose cotton clothes and use a suncream that won't clog the pores too much (eg. waterproof creams) and has broad spectrum protection.I find Hamilton suncreams great.

Another thing you could do is carry a bottle of talc powder with you that contains zinc oxide (sounds strange i know!) but you could dust the areas that get affected with it,this helps absorb the excess moisture that causes the heat rash.Just make sure you dry the area before you apply. You should use it after your evening shower to.

Maybe you could take a herbal to replace the histamine ?
