norton virus credit card charge

    norton have charged me for (credit card )a renewal that i never ordered or got .i think they may have had an autorenewal box ticked .can anyone tell me how to untic this box ,believe me i have tried and the box will not appear for me and is there any chance of getting my money back ?i have tried to e_mail them but the sneaky bas..... wont except an e-mail unless you tell them the name of the product you received from them .they are a very bad lot be aware of them and def dont give them your credit card number :(
