After being unemployed for the last 6 months I decided to get the ball rolling in receiving a D/D1 license. I had a assessment yesterday "off road" witch went very well. I have my theory test on Saturday.
I was reading various posts through out the board but I couldn't find ant relating to the bus practical test. I understand its 90 mins long. If anyone has passed recently, Is the test difficult ? It seems very long test.

    Hi Nibs

I was in the same boat as you and i went and done the assessment to prove to myself that i would be able to drive it

    So the first stage is
    - theory test to get your provisional licence
    - cpc - theory and case studies - book can be bought from easons-- advisable to read and study this
    - cpc practical - done same day as the driving test

note - you will have to have your provisional 6 months before you apply for the actual driving test but you can do lessons before that

note -- you have to complete the theory and casestudies and pass these before you are given the dates for the driving test

pm me if you want more info

    pss -- :D:D:D i passed my manual D licence :D:D
