TEAM RYANO MMA IN BALBRIGAN !!!

    starting this week TEAM RYANO/ BJJ REVOLUTION will be holding 2 classes weekly at Platinum Gym in balbriggan...
    Wed 8.30pm: BJJ with Chris "The Bullet" Nolan (BJJ Purple belt and european medalist)
    Sat 3.30pm: MMA, NoGi and strenght and conditioning with Andy Ryan ( BJJ Black Belt, 2 time european gold medalist and MMA veteran)
    these classes are pay as you go and are ideal for the casual student or the competetive lads looking for a bit of extra training..

    I think so. I saw some picture of that Platinum Gym place and it looks great. They seems to have a nice BJJ/matted room up there.
