I'm gonna give this a bump because I'd also be interested in hearing any suggestions made.

I am just finished a refurb job and i paid 12 euro per sq yard for tiles and flooring, i could have got it supplied and fitted for as below

Wall tiles supplied and fitted 20 per sq yard
Floor tiles supplied and fitted 20 per sq yard
Laminate flooring 18 per sq yard
And that included all grouts and adheasives i already had my materials so i lost out on the supplie end but i am hhappy with the job they done and the price with laying of said products
    Good luck
