Shower - pumps keeps turning on and off

It's a newish apartment, we're the first tenants. The shower in the main bedroom seems to have a problem - the pump will turn itself off after maybe 10 mins of water running - the water will change to a trickle. It's a newish apartment, we're the first tenants.
The shower in the main bedroom seems to have a problem - the pump will turn itself off after maybe 10 mins of water running - the water will change to a trickle. Maybe 30 seconds later it will come back on, last 2 mins, and then off again.
We've had electricians in to look at the pump and they can't find any issue.
Note there are two pumps - one feeds the master bedroom, the other feeds the other two showers.
The other showers initially had the same problem, but it doesn't seem to happen any more, however it still persists in the master.
Any clue what could be going on?
