Does anyone know how to dis(and re)assemble the dash of a 2005 Megane? Or can point me to a good step-by-step?

I'm having trouble with the heater. It isn't working at all and I want to find out if it is the switch/motor/control unit etc.

    Thanks

How much of the dash are you looking at taking off, did you get no warranty, thought you only bought it last week?

I did, I picked it up friday evening after. If I had of known your man was such a p***k I wouldn't have bought from him. Went back to him about the heater yesterday and had to fight with him to get anything out of him.

He ended up giving me back €100 towards getting it fixed (apparantly he is too busy to do it himeslf, and I can't wait around as am heading for Mayo this Saturday). Better than nothing I suppose.

If at all possible I only want to take apart the center piece with all the controls seen in the pic below. If the job requires taking apart more so be it.

I take apart most of the dash on my cars, It's surpriseingly easy most of the time. Usually when you take out the radio it exposes the screws of other parts so I'd start there.

Get a good set of torx screwdriver heads. Renault use them a lot
