just warning people about considering taking up the offer of bet 365 $200 free bet. you have to have a total of 1200 euro worth of bets until you can withdraw which i have no problem with.
however after some recent success with my account and having worked my way through 500 euro worth of bets they rang me up this morning placing restrictions on my account for at least a month and possibly permantly. for instance when i went to have a bet this morning the maximum bet i could have was 36 euro.
i advise people to steer clear of there offer as with these restrictions in place it will make it very difficult to clear the bonus.
you also have to clear the bonus within 90 days and the odds have to be greater than 1/2 for your bets to qualify.

Wow thats a load of Bollox! Is that your new account bonus? If it is I had no problem meeting the requirments. And never had the problem with the greater than 1/2. I was betting on 1/500's to meet the requirments to clear the bonus. In the end I found it quite easy and done the same to meet the requirments for the "refer a friend" bonus and got away with that aswell. **** that though!

Is it not a total of 600 euro in bets?

Unfortunately bookmakers restricting accounts is part and parcel of the industry nowadays, anyone they think could prove unprofitable for them will have their account restricted.

I must say though, i've had numerous accounts with Bet365 and thought they were one of the best for laying bets and would actually leave an account unrestricted for months even though I was backing bad each-way races and big priced horses that would often shorten.

i can accept that bookies can put restrictions on your account if your taking money off them consistently, however iv only had 3 bets.
i deposited 300 and so had 500 to bet with when you include the bonus.
i lost the first bet, and won the second bet bringing my account up to 1500 and then put another bet which is still unsettled.
of this balance of 1500 i can only withdraw 500 and can only withdraw the rest once i reach the required amount of bets.
so its not if im just missing out on 200 but 1000!

does anyone have any advice on what i can do? the current status of my account is there is 500 euro in it but none of it is withdrawable until i place another 700 euro worth of bets before the expiration date. i just tried to place a bet on nadal to win wimbeldon and the maximum they would allow me was 12 euro! i just dont know how they can get away with this considering my account is in net losses and i have had only 1 winning bet with them!

You don't want to hear this but you have no legal options nor rights .

Your last straw is an e-mail to their cust care.

I'm not talkin an abusive hate mail neither.
You need to spend a few hours constructing a polite , well written, constructive e-mail where you praise them , their odds , markets, offers, specials and sense of fairness and humanity etc etc bla bla bla

At the end of your e-mail ask them(very very politley) to put themselves in your shoes and how they might proceed under the circumstances and if they might lift the restriction to complete the bonus.

Its your last chance so don't mess it up by not for including for eg the ref no of your 3 bets so far.
Explain why your stakes were so high.
Eg did you 'accidently' think you had to complete the offer in 30 days intsead of 90?
Be savy.
This approach works.
