Ok i want one :) i know theres a new model coming out in september but thats be way out of my price range.

i was trying to buy one on apple.com for 470e for a 16gb but it wouldnt let me and then i looked at the irish one and it was 600e for the same one.

I want to ask if anyone knows of a good place to get a new one or any way to buy one from the apple.com instead of apple.ie

I bought one on ebay and it was sh*te and i had to sent it back so my confidence in buying a second hand one is gone :(

You'll find a good one on adverts

You can't buy from the US Apple Store, only the Irish one. The US price is cheaper because it doesn't include VAT. When the next gen iPhone is released in September/whenever it will cost the same as the iPhone 4.

If you can wait, September should see a new iPhone or an update to the 4, Apple are keeping very tight lipped about anything happening.

If you cant wait, grab one off Adverts.ie, its a great phone, super quick, easy to use and looks the business. Whatever decision you make you wont regret it! :D

Adverts or donedeal is where you could pick up a bargain, but a lot of scammers out there trying to sell cheap chinese knockoffs. Try before you buy.

If you can hold off till September, I'd say the iPhone5 will be as cheap as the present iPhone 4.

yeah lots of people that now is the dead time to buy one :( can't believe there's such a difference but i understand that its without the vat now (i didnt think of that).

I might just wait and either by the iphone 4@ maybe a slightly lower price or buy the iphone 5 at the same price.

i started off with my broken ipod touch 2g 16g and then i was going to buy the itouch 4th gen and then the iphone 3gs and now the iphone 4 lol.. Its like inception the idea has been planted and i feel like i have control but i dont haha

I dont think i could buy off adverts because i had 2 bad cases with ebay and luckily they were insured through paypal and ebay so i would like to chance it because its sooooo much money

And if it's anything like the last time you'd be lucky to have it by Christmas as supply is always crap the 1st few months

Adverts has a benefit over ebay......you actually get to see and use the phone before you pay for it :)

The one i bought on ebay had an internal problem with it so it was only when i went to sync the problems started showing up.
