Hi folks anyone have any dealing with the lads in driving range in Celbridge. I am considering going down the custom fit route. Can anyone please advise me of how much of my hard earned cash I can expect to part with ? And also is it worth it? I am down from 20 last summer to 14 now but would be interested if this would help me get to single figures or would a few lessons be the better option.

    All advise welcome

I would have to suggest lessons as an improver, why do you feel the need to change clubs as 20 to 14 is serious improvement, they are good guys at the academy (I bought driver anhd putter there), where do you think you have a weakness, is it ball striking,k short game?

Have to agree with a visit to Foregolf. Was playing of 12 down to 10 in 2 weeks from when I got my new driver and wrenches.

I always found the guys in Celbridge to be really helpful, they're not money grabbers and don't try and sell you something that doesn't suit. I bought a set of irons from them about 3 years ago and they're still working fine for me. Have also bought a few woods including drivers off them over the years, and each time they took all the necessary readings inc swing speed, launch angle etc. After sales service is also very good.
I dealt with Foregolf many years ago and also found them helpful but as I live in Leixlip it's handier to drop over to Celbridge.
Btw if you are going to Celbridge it would be worth your while taking a few lessons off Michelle. I took 5 this year and have dropped from 12 to 9.
