Getting wooden shed into terraced garden

Hi, just wondered if anyone had gotten a wooden shed delivered in through the house, as opposed to in a side entrance? We are looking at getting one at the moment, the Kelly Barna range, but they all seem to say that a side entrance with no overhead restrictions is necessary. Any idea how big a wooden shed would be able to get through a standard 3-bed terraced door/hallway??

Also if this doesn't pan out for us we will have to get a plastic shed, so were wondering if anyone found them easy enough to assemble? Thanks!

you need to know size of each piece of the shed, or at least size of the shed. then messure your doors and you will know. if you wona get small shed there shouldnt be so much problem with it. most sheds comes in 6 pieces.

plastic shed is easy to assemble, much easier than wooden one

It can be very difficult to take sheds through houses, most companies are reluctant to do so, often for practical (size) and health and safety reasons. However you can get some sizes and styles through. Usually Apex Roof types are problematic because of getting the higher pitched roof gable ends through internal doorways.

Cabin styles ie flat type roof, are more manageable but I doubt if you will get anything larger than 6' x 6' through in flat panels. Of course a clear route through with no obstructions will be essential.
