The Nama Chairman says that Nama has only sold property through receivers – who have been told they are not permitted to sell these on to debtors or anyone connected to them....

Which probably means that developers who have offloaded debt onto the public purse are trying to buy up their former assets, or similar ones.

Using the usual labyrinthine methods involving separated companies, offshore accounts, and various middlemen, this will end up looking OK on the receivers books.

There are people however, with the expertise to check the credentials of anyone buying from Nama; the Criminal Assets Bureau. CAB have plenty of experience of dealing with people whose flamboyant lifestyles do not match the meagre income they claim to have.

Is it time to set CAB to work, vetting the Nama buyers?

Once guys go into NAMA can they still operate as within property circles? I know of one firm which still are!!

Is it ok to name and shame here if it's matter of fact and common knowledge?

I think any chance of bringing more transparency to transactions concerning NAMA should be highlighted in media such as Boards.

if the powers that be here won't allow you, there are plenty of other fora to
    publish this detail.
Here are 2 alternative media for starters.
