What's hot + What's not

    Hi all

From digging around car boot sales, charity shopes, and talking to
dealers I thought I'd put together a list of items that are selling
well, ones that are not selling well, and anything to keep an eye out for.

The "not hot" items should be put away for a few years until the market
    perks up again.

I'm in my 30s so this list is based on what I know people my age like to
collect. I don't know anyone under the age of 50 who collects porcelain,
for example, but I know loads of people who would pay good money for
a funky looking lamp from the 1970s.

If you have any items that are in the "hot" list and don't think they're valuable
post up a message and ask why someone says they're worth a few quid.

Anyway, post your hot/not items and thoughts here!

    So to start:

    Not Hot:
    Common Beswick Animal Figures
    Common Wedgwood
    Common Sylvac Animals

    Hot:
    Chinese / Japanese items
    Retro furniture from 1950 - 1980
1970-1999 Computer / Video Game items

    Keep eye out for
: (or things I'd love to find)
    Roland Drum Machines from 1980s
    Take That Memoribilia
Items related to the office of President of Ireland.

    Any thoughts?
