It's the weekend before your life is over for good and your father in law to be has decided he'll rent you any car for your last Sunday afternoon of freedom, what would ya pick?Budget is irrevelant.

One catch though,he wants you to pick out something for the special day aswell,It's gotta be classy, look well and impress all his friends. He's paying for the wedding so you gotta play nice. :)

I feel the need to point out that just because you get married, doesn't mean your life is over.
Also, if men actually thought that it was over, then there are a lot of very stupid ones out there getting married regardless of what they believed.

    Porsche. The old style ones.

The technical term for his comment is a 'joke'.

    Anyway mine would be:

The W12, naturally. No cheap V10 rubbish for me.

    DeLoreon.

    +1.

And I'd turn up late after everyone was inside, park outside the church and setup flaming tyre tracks behind it. When everythings ready I'd set off some bangers or something to make a bit of noise. When people come out to see what all the racket is I'd stumble out of the car in a cloud of smoke, acting all confused. And then shout out "What date is it? Great scott, there's no time! We have to get married!".

I may be a bit too immature to be getting married yet.

Also, I'd probably lose the security deposit on the car (but it'd be totally worth it)

Aston Martin Rapide, its an Aston so itd impress all the men and women since there a sexy car, itd be quick so that you could have fun in it yourself before the wedding, its four door so the bride wouldnt be moaning at yeh about having to try look good getting out of a coupe in a big wedding dress, all angles covered I reckon.

Seriously though, thats what I'd get, the Henri Chapron DS Convertible. Thought about it many times and as a previous owner of a DS, its THE car I'm getting if I win the Lotto.

(btw, the above isnt a real Chapron)

Rolls Royce Phantom all day long. I used to help my dad on the weekends (wedding photographer) and the Phantom just oozes cool. There's a guy in Dublin/Meath that has two that he uses for weddings. They look the business in your photos too!

i can't understand this fixation with cars at a wedding. The wedding is about No1 the Bride, No2 the Brides Mother, everything else and especially the Groom is unimportant. Nothing should be allowed to distract attention from them (OK so MAYBE the Groom and Best Man could arrive at the church in something nice to keep them quiet)

    Am I right Girls?

Yeah a 95 corrolla will look nice in your wedding photos in 10 years time. Wouldn't a nice car fall into the category of making the bride look better?
