It depends on what 'crappy' means. Without getting into medical advice, if you are sick or injured and running will make you sicker or more injured, don't do it. If you are just hungover or in a bad mood, HTFU.

RayCun beat me to it - bang on. Only thing I would add is that if 'crappy' means feeling a bit stiff or tired, then try doing a session and see how you feel during or after it. If worse then abort obviously but often you might be surprised at how grand you are...

Incidentally I never heard of this C210k thing till now but would point out that there will always be bad days as part of any training program when you can't get out training for one reason or another. Just ease back into it over a few days and continue on.

Sounds like what I had Saturday and Sunday and it caused me to miss both days. I kept telling myself I was going to go for a run though but every time I went to get ready I ended up in the toilet. Feeling better today though but still not a 100% but will definitely be getting out.

Still wasn't a 100% but I headed to the track and got the session done and once I got running there wasn't a problem but even now sitting on the couch the belly still isn't a 100% but I'll get out again later.

Sounds like you have it alot worse so I wouldn't be worrying about getting out jsut do all you can to get better.
