I should've really done German or something, as I can speak Spanish in complete fluency.

Textbook methods make languages harder than they seem. The best way to improve is living around people who speak Spanish. Once you have a basic grasp on it, it's just a matter of picking up new words everyday.

Suffice to say, not a minute of study done!

    Can't waaaait!

I had a choice between business and spanish, choosing spanish was the worst decision of my life.

Business is a good subject, so long as you're talking about non-accountancy stuff. It's horrible! I wish book keeping or whatever was a seperated subject.

Spanish is far easier than some languages, believe me!

Tougher than latin or french imo. Or Irish.

    LAST EXAM DONEEEEEEEEEEEEE ^^
I kicked that exams ass ^^
The letter was a bit weird though.. really hard to expand on :/
The beginning first few paragraphs were awesome, then it all went to the ****ter...
WTF happened to that awesome cat that drives cars?? I said it got hit by a bus (cos it said parada), didnt have a clue what that really long word starting with 'a' meant :/
The listening was amazing ^^ 99% sure i got full marks on it :)
Does astro boy have xray vision?
    :pac::pac:
    FREEEEEEEDOMMMM

Astro Boy had Xray vision, Incredible strength and great intelligence

Yeah the cat was hit by a camión (lorry) I'm pretty sure... But once you say he got hit they probably won't dock too many marks

The letter was strange seeing as it was only on the one topic... But I used the imperfecto past tense so I think I'll be ok

    FREEDOM!

Damn I said laser vision. I liked A and B on listening (probably got around 71/80), didn't like C (probs 10/15) or D (probably around 36/45). In that shop advertisement, was deoderant a suggested gift for men? Also, on A in reading, what was the odd one out. Loved the reading despite hating the listening, liked the written except for the letter (3 points of it were easy, 3 were tough). Think I barely got an A, maybe be only one mark. Could've got as bad as 113/140 on listening or 120/140, think I got 117. Could've got 80/100 to 92/100 on reading, I think I got 88. That would leave me needing 66/100 on written, hope they like my letter (I spelt concert wrong, rotten letter).

So I ended up scraping an A I think, same in Science and Irish.

Just latin to go now, looking forward to it, I like latin.

I Guessed Deodarant, based solely on the fact its called blitz, Every time she said it i missed it, she said it too quickly, i was like 'come again?'
The odd one out was Basura, the rest were...something..i cant remember :/ :L

Basura was it? If so I got 14/15 of the first few reading marks, which is top notch for me.

For the deodrant thing I just said blitz... Apart from that I thought it was grand! :) Damn letter though, could hardly use anything I had learned:(

Were any of the words mentioned in the presents part:
    desodorante
    aroma
    or
    fuente

cos they all mean deodorant ^^

Pretty sure desodorante, that coupled with basura and it's looking good for an A because when adding up my marks I counted them as wrong.

I can't remember but tomorrow they'll have the tape up on the website so we can check then

Im just thinking about my answers, and I think im in for a shot for the A,
I Realllyyyy liked the listening, got most of the answers down in the first reading, so i could check them twice in the end, Id say i got near enough to full marks in A, B and C, and most of the marks/nearly all of the marks in D, though some of the answers are a bit vague for the Astro boy one (I could only hear one reason why he left :/, so i guessed one).

For the Listening i'd say i got at least 125/140 being pessimistic, and 135/140 being optimistic

For the reading section i know i got full marks in A, and 4/5 on the other vocab bit. The rest of the reading comps went well, but i probably lost a few marks here and there, so for section B the optimistic grade would be 30/35, pessimistic would be 25/35. For C, i messed up on the cat question, but the others were fine, so id say i got (O) 25/30 (P) 20/30. For D i think i got near enough full marks too, probably 23/25

So for the reading id say optimistically i got 88 and pessimisticly i got 78

For the written part, I got full marks in the numbers, and id say i got 25/30 (O) or 20/30 (P), and the letter, well im not really sure tbh, i didnt know what parts we were expected to expand on, and i didnt know that much music vocab, so (O) 28/40 (P) 20/40

    So for the written i got (O) 63/80 (P) 50/80

So all that adds up to either, if im lucky, between 286 (A) and 253 (B)... fingers crossed i get above 272...

(sorry about the post mortem, i needed to get it straight in my head lol)

Yes I got deodrant! Did anyone get what the woman wanted in the 'Post office' one? Was it a stamp or a letter to Peru?

Looking at the post mortem of what I can it appears I had a top notch exam. Got about 90/100 on reading (checked this using a dictionary and all) and around 35/40 on written until letter, leaving me with 125/140 before the other 180 marks.

Now for the listening post mortem, any answers on this much appreicated, can't figure out the marking scheme for D. Did poorly on D where there were 2 answers so I think I got around 30/45 on that section (very poor compared to the rest of the test, talk about letting the side down) but am always too optimistic on listening so will dock myself 3 marks from my 119 total which will leave me needing 31 from the letter. Looks like I lost 1 mark for the format, ouch. However I feel good on 3 points which would leave me needing a catastrophe of losing 7 marks from the other 3 so I think I got the A.

Thank god I am free forever from this blasted poor person language. No way am I doing this for the leaving.

    Some specific listening questions:
How did they manage to locate the Peco's owner?
What can you buy in the shop?
Why does astro boy leave doctor tenma's house?

In all, delighted with numbers, reading and sentences. Listening unusually hard, same with letter.

I heard puerta for the Peco listening so I said they called around door to door. Did anyone else say that?
I said you could get souvenirs and DVDs on ecology and... something else at the shop.
I said he found out he was a robot and couldn't get the other one for Astro Boy...
I thought it was a nice exam though, nothing I didnt understand except the Astro Boy thing. Hoping for an A :D

Astro boy and letter were well and truly horrible. The voice was unclear a fair bit for C and D.
