Fake Drivers Licence

    What type of checks do insurance companys do when you take out a car insurance policy with them.

    Like do they ask for a photocopy of the drivers licence and if they do! do they do further checks like check if the licence is genuine! Cheers!

    I'd imagine so. They asked for a copy of mine.


    And any garda worth his salt would spot a forged licence straight away

    Well the insurance would be void if you say you have a full licence when you dont. You would be paying all that money for nothing.

    Surely if you dont care about a fake licence you wouldnt care about a fake insurance disk either. Either way if you were caught youd be in serious trouble
