Hi All, Looking for some advice here, I'm in the middle of loosing my baby weight and I'm getting it down (nearly 2stone gone already) but I'm starting to realise that even after I'm back at pre-baby weight my abdomen will still have a lot of sagging skin and loose muscles. At the moment it looks a bit like the before picture here

As I said I have pretty much sorted the eating side of things, using bio-oil religiously and am swimming and doing zumba for exercise but could anyone suggest what/if any exercise could help with this specific problem?

    Hi

Firstly, congratulations on becoming a mum.

As for the exercise, Are you a member of a gym? If so you could check out if the run Kettlebell classes and sign up for them if they did. Or check if there is any place suitable to you that run them. IF you live in Dublin, I can suggest two places, 1 in Pearse St. and the other on the south quays, just up from Caple St. bridge.

Kettlebells are great for helping you lose body fat and build and strengthen your muscles. You could do the classes until you are comfortable with the moves, then you could purchase a KB to use at home and mix in some body weight exercises also.

Have a look at Mariannes Blog for an idea of what I am talking about.

Here is a video of a lady who did exactly what you are looking to do.

Thanks for that, will look into the kettlebell classes, that video is great - so motivational to see someone getting back into such good shape.
    Thanks again
