HELP! Screen flipped 90 degrees

    Hi, I could do with a bit of help. My daughter was on my laptop this morning on a kids games website and all of a sudden the screen flipped clockwise 90 degrees. I have to turn the whole laptop sideways to view the screen like as if the laptop was a book. Putting up this post was even tricky. I'm not sure if its a virus or just settings but so far I cant figure it out?

    Try pressing control+alt+up arrow to get it facing the right way up.
