Resistance: FOM network connection

    Hi, just bought this game today (Resistance: Fall of Man) and tried to have some multiplayer fun, but I just keep getting a message saying "Network connection failed. Disconnecting from network". This is a pain in the hole as I'm able to play any other game I have online. Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong? Would the multiplayer server be shut down cos the game's so old?

    Surely not, was one of the only games i was shit hot at online, i last played it last summer.

    That's just a list of games you can play offline multiplayer on, not a list of games that's online servers are offline.

    I definitely played FOM online after 2008, so its not correct.

    just uploaded a vid showing whats happening, pretty short (and not so sweet). It's such a pain cos my other ps3 got the blinky red light of death the other day :(

    There is online to this game, just had a look.
    There were no ranked games(when I tried) but plenty of custom games.

    This is the one ps3 game I loved the MP of. It was great fun. Must go back to have a game some time
