    Hey girls, first time poster.

Just started a diet with my friend Samantha Sideorders (because she cant resist, hehe) We are both little hungry bums (our arses eat our shorts) and are looking for a few tips on how to get back on the horse after a binge on lots and lots of chocolate after a rough day at the office.

Any ideas for us? At least we have each other, am I right!!

Can you post up what you'd eat on a typical day? We should be able to help you tweak it so you get better nutrition and less hunger.

Here's a bit of advice from my own experience, and unrelated to diet specifics. It's great having a partner to embark on this journey with. You can motivate each other, remind each other to stay away from the biscuits at work, coax each other into doing exercise when the other doesn't feel like it. All good but...

When one person falls off the wagon, gives up on healthy eating and quits the exercise, sometimes they can try to drag the other with them. I've had this experience with my cousin. We started the whole process together (but with different approaches to diet and exercise). I was successful and began to see great results. My cousin didn't. She tried to give me cakes when I popped in for tea. She didn't want to go to the gym (I still went but by myself) and she started telling me that I was getting too thin  and shouldn't lose any more weight. I know it seems transparent but when you're great friends with someone, it can be easy to go along with.

So my point? It's great having a friend with the same goals who supports you, but you are doing this by yourself, for yourself. Good luck :)
