am doing a program to gain weight so lifting heavy and mostly compound lifting and work out fist thing in the morning but don have a spotter unless i was working ouyt in the afternoon

is it ok to split my program and do any isolation lift/ lift i feel comfortable and safe doing on my own in the morning and then go back to the gym and do the heavy lift in the afternoon on the same day when i have a spotter
    ?

What lifts are you doing that necessarily require a spotter?

Bench Press is probably the only one that you really need a spotter? And usually only if your lifting close to your 1RM or if your reping to failure.

I presume you have a rack for squating with safety catch bars or whatever?

To answer your question, it probably doesnt matter if you split up your routine as you suggest. As long as you warm up properly each time and you feel your able for it.

Doing isolation lifts first and then compounds/heavy means you wont be able to put the same effort into the compounds/heavy as if you did them first.

If i was you i would do the compounds and then any isolation I felt I needed I would then do.

Why not just do all your lifts in the evening? It would make a lot more sense. The only exercise I find I need a spotter with is the bench.

For example if you are doing isolation tricep stuff in the morning, I would think it will definitely affect your bench/shoulder press in the evening.

Don't split your workout up, particulary with your isolations first. Just use lighter weights so you don't need a spotter, or ask someone in the gym for a spot.
