    Hey Guys, I was thinking of buyn both Promax extreme and diet...
    I am going back to the gym now because my leaving cert is just finished..

    Was wondering has anyone ever tried these products?
    Yes yes I know about the price and all but I mean is there and overall result from either one of these products..?

    I have done alot of research on this which keeps coming up 50-50
    50% say both work and taste great then the other 50% say dont try it...

    So was wondering if any one out there has tried the stuff please leave a comment...:D

    They're very expensive for what you get.

    If you just want whey buy from myprotein.com or bulkpowders.com

    If you want to buy at retail outlets, buy ON 100% Gold Standard Whey.

    id go with optimum nutrition gold standard whey protein over maximuscle promax extreme. Ive been on both and would never go back. only proteins i use now is the on and usn pure protein

    But what about promax diet?

    By the way I have never taken any of these.....

    I have heard good things about extreme....

    At the end of the day its just a protein powder!!
    It's like saying does a chicken breast work or not work.
    They are used as a supplement to a solid diet and training program.
    I've used loads of protein powders and they are all the same really.

    Don't buy Promax OP.

    The diet one just has CLA and green tea added in. You can buy these as capsules in stronger quantities online or in nutrition stores. it says it's low carb but it's 10g of carbs per serving. It's not even 80g protein to the 100g.

    If you live in Dublin, just go into a Nutrition Connection or Biotech store and grab a 1lb tub of ON 100% whey to start off if you need whey.
