Seat Wont Recline - NCT Problem?

    The cable snapped on driver seat, to gain access into the back i slide it up and twist the roller (?) so that it reclines.

    The seat itself is secure, it isnt a major problem as I never use back seats and if I need to get into my back seats as I use passenger side chair.

    NCT is up in a few months and just wondering if I need a new chair ?
