Alternative to SbSettings for Non-Jailbroken Phone

    I'm just wondering is there an alternative to SbSettings as I only really want it for the quick access to wi-fi settings. I've had a look around for an app that would enable easy access to wi-fi settings but i've been unsuccessful for the moment. Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Wait for iOS5.
    There may be a lock screen notification widget that will do the same thing.
